29.04.2022

On April 28, a new stage of the special project "100 Business Hopes" was opened in the Chamber.

Young participants aged 9 to 14, children of family business owners who want to learn entrepreneurship and continue the work of their parents, were welcomed by the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Sergey Katyrin.

Today is a difficult time, but it is also a time of opportunity: new niches and new directions in the market are opening up, he noted. The state lends a shoulder to entrepreneurs, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, analyzing the problems that have arisen, offers the authorities measures to support business.

The Chamber treats new young participants of the project with attention, Sergei Katyrin emphasized. The goal is to broaden their horizons together with the parents of future family entrepreneurs, help them acquire entrepreneurial skills, grow a worthy successor, the head of the Chamber concluded.

Operating family entrepreneurs and their future successors from Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg, Sakha-Yakutia, Perm and many other regions of the country took part in the solemn ceremony via video link. As Elena Dybova, Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, noted, addressing the audience, the uniqueness of the project is twofold: the parents of young participants and future entrepreneurs are involved in it and supported by the federal Chamber of Commerce and the regional chambers.

The project participants were welcomed, in particular, by Inna Dadayan, Director of the Department for Investment Policy and Development of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Miroshnichenko, founder of E.Mi, and his daughter Ekaterina Miroshnichenko.

In the end, the participants wrote letters to themselves in the future about their expectations from the project. Letters will be opened and read at the end of the year at the V All-Russian Forum of Family Business.
