Representatives of the Chamber took part in the business forum "Industrial Dialogue Russia-Kazakhstan" and the thematic track "Where to look for ideas? Sources of Innovation in the Regions”, and also visited the stands of the Sverdlovsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Oryol regions, Perm Territory on July 5 during the 12th International Industrial Exhibition “INNOPROM”.

Andrey Besedin, President of the Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry, moderated the business events of the second day of the forum (Business Dialogue "Russia-Turkey" and Panel Discussion "Russia-Armenia-Iran: New Opportunities for Trade and Economic Cooperation").

The panel discussion "Russia - Armenia - Iran: new opportunities for trade and economic cooperation" was held with the participation of over 150 experts in the field of foreign economic relations, investment, business from Russia, Armenia and Iran.

The speech by Dmitry Kurochkin, Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, was devoted to the innovative and industrial cooperation of Russian enterprises with Armenia and Iran, where he provided information on the current practice of interaction of the Chamber with Iranian and Armenian colleagues. In particular, from the Iranian side there is now a great demand for the development of cooperation with Russia, from the Russian side is the same interest. In April, the Chamber hosted the Forum of Business Circles of Russia and Iran on the development of economic cooperation in the new global reality, where B2B negotiations were held between Russian and Iranian companies representing 9 sectors of the economy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Interaction with Armenian entrepreneurs on innovative projects is carried out both in bilateral and multilateral formats. The Chamber actively promotes the development of direct contacts between enterprises and territorial chambers, cooperation in the field of arbitration, patenting of inventions, protection of industrial property, selection of promising investment projects. This work is carried out with the participation of the Fund for the Development of Innovative Entrepreneurship (a subsidiary of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation) and a partner organization of the Chamber - the Skolkovo Foundation.

Some Armenian companies are included in the project pool of the Center for the Commercialization of Innovations of the CIS in the Russian Federation under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, on the site of which presentation sessions of innovative developments are periodically held, ready for international and interregional cooperation within the framework of the Interstate Program for Innovative Cooperation of the CIS Member States until 2030 in the field of digitalization and creating marketplaces, Dmitry Kurochkin noted.
