On January 11, 2023, Boris Titov was elected the Chairman of the Russia-Cuba Business Council (RCBC). Boris Titov is an owner and main shareholder of the Abrau-Durso Group of Companies.

Boris Titov confirmed his readiness to intensify the activities of the RCBC in order to ensure a wider presence of domestic business in local markets, including through the participation of Russian companies in investment projects in Cuba.

The immediate plans of the Business Council are to form an up-to-date business agenda for interaction with Cuban partners, including through the Intergovernmental Russian-Cuban Commission for Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation.
