On April 23, in Kathmandu, President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergei Katyrin held a working meeting with Prime Minister of Nepal Pushpa Kamal Dahal at the Singha Durbar government complex. The parties discussed the possibilities for developing trade and economic ties and outlined promising areas of partnership.

Also, at the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), a meeting was held between the President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergei Katyrin and the President of the Federation Chandra Prasad Dhakal, bilateral negotiations took place, following which documents on cooperation were signed.
In addition, representatives of the Russian delegation took part in the B2B Business Contacts Exchange.
The delegation from the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry includes Vice President of the Chamber Vladimir Padalko.
The business mission of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to Nepal continues. It brings together about 20 representatives of large companies representing Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Lipetsk, as well as heads of the territorial chambers of commerce and industry of these regions.
