On April 24 in Tashkent, Vice President of the Chamber Dmitry Kurochkin visited the exhibition of industrial products of the regions of Uzbekistan, organized by the Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the Residence Park Hotel.

He held working meetings with the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan Davron Vakhabov, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Dilshod Rasulov and Umidbek Safarov and the head of the Tashkent territorial department of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan Uchkunbek Irisbekov.
During the meeting, the prospects for interaction between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan were discussed in the field of promoting bilateral industrial cooperation, as well as the joint implementation of industrial investment projects and industrial renovation projects in the regions of Russia and Uzbekistan.

On the same day, the Vice President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry visited the industrial technology park of Technopark LLC, located on the territory of the former aviation plant “Tashkent Aviation Production Association named after V.P. Chkalov”.

Technopark LLC is an industrial technology park in Tashkent, created in 2019 in order to organize production of import-substituting industrial products, building materials and household appliances. Projects for the production of electronic gas meters, household refrigerators, industrial air conditioners and cooling systems, elevators and escalators, industrial and domestic water pumps, molds and dies, etc. are being implemented at the technology park site. It is planned to launch production of photovoltaic solar panels, as well as organize an automated logistics center.
