Representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation will take part in the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF), which will be held on September 3-6 in Vladivostok.
The delegation will be headed by the head of the Chamber Sergey Katyrin. It will also include the vice presidents of the business association - Ilya Zubkov and Vladimir Padalko.
The main theme of the EEF in 2024 is "Far East - 2030. Let's combine efforts, creating opportunities." Business events are divided into seven thematic blocks: "New contours of international cooperation", "Technologies of independence", "Financial system of values", "Far Eastern Russia", "People, education and patriotism", "Transport and logistics: new routes" and "Master plans: from architecture to economics".
The Eastern Economic Forum program includes, in particular, a business dialogue between Russian entrepreneurs and partners from ASEAN countries. Participants, including the head of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergey Katyrin, will discuss prospects for cooperation until 2030, as well as the implementation of joint projects aimed at strengthening mutual infrastructure and improving the quality of life of citizens. The event will be held on September 4.
On the same day, Sergey Katyrin will speak at the discussion "Responsible Business as the Basis for Sustainable Development of the State", where they will raise the topics of environmental and social responsibility of business, expansion of state preferences for responsible entrepreneurs.
In addition, the head of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will moderate the event "Development of International Commercial Arbitration in Asia-Pacific Countries", which will be held on September 6.
Sergey Katyrin will also take part in the plenary session of the EEF-2024.
