The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tula Proposes to Build Up an Online Platform for Contacts with Turkish Enterprises

President of the Tula Chamber of Commerce and Industry Union, Andrey Shestakov, suggested using the online platform developed by the chamber to conduct online business missions for Tula and Turkish enterprises.

 

He announced this on February 17 during a working meeting with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the city of Bursa (Republic of Turkey), organized by video conference by the government of the Tula region.

The Tula Quality exhibition has been held on the basis of this platform for the third year in a row.

 

Issues of development of foreign economic cooperation between the two regions were discussed at the meeting. The presentation of the investment potential was made by the Minister of Economic Development of the Tula Region Pavel Tatarenko, Deputy General Director of JSC "Regional Corporation for Development and Support of the Tula Region" Ivan Manaev, representatives of the company "Haveil Motor Manufacturing Rus".

 

Trade Representative of Russia in Turkey Aidar Gashigullin and member of the Board of Directors of the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry Yuksel Tashdemir spoke about the most interesting areas of cooperation. It was noted that cooperation in the production of auto components and the development of agriculture could become especially promising.

 

The meeting participants agreed to organize a business mission of Turkish enterprises in Tula at the end of May, timed to coincide with the meeting of the Russian-Turkish working group on industry.
