On July 19, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting with the delegation of the People's Republic of China. The guests of the Chamber were representatives of more than 20 companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical industries, as well as companies operating in the field of microelectronics, advertising and logistics.

“Our task is to find common ground with business representatives and try to make the meeting useful. The prospect of developing cooperation in different directions is great, and this should be used,” said Shamil Ageev, chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tatarstan, opening the meeting.

From the side of the Republic of Tatarstan, more than 40 companies interested in establishing contacts with China took part in the negotiations. These are representatives of large and small and medium-sized businesses that are engaged in logistics, petrochemistry, consulting, etc.

According to the first deputy of the Chamber of Tatarstan Artur Nikolaev, today the interest in China is very high, there is a great interest in imports and such live meetings are very important. It should be noted that meetings with Chinese entrepreneurs are held within the walls of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan not for the first time, another large event with the participation of Chinese companies is scheduled for autumn 2023.
