On April 9, in Kaluga took place the international forum “Modern technologies for the pharmaceutical industry. Made in India". 
Representatives of Indian and Russian companies gathered at the Forum in Kaluga to share their innovative technologies in the field of pharmaceuticals. The participants discussed prospects for cooperation and opportunities for introducing new developments on the Russian market.
An important result of the meeting was the identification of new promising areas of cooperation that could lead to the creation of innovative products and improving the quality of life of people.

Representatives of 10 Indian pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing companies took part in the forum.

The business program of the forum included a plenary session, presentation sessions of leading Indian manufacturers of pharmaceutical equipment, B2B sections aimed at familiarizing with the technical aspects of the presented solutions and discussing the applied aspects of their use in pharmaceutical production.

The plenary session “Cooperation in the pharmaceutical industry in modern conditions: new platforms, new opportunities” was attended by honored guests of the Forum, Vice-President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Dmitry Kurochkin and First Secretary, Head of the Economics and Commerce Department of the Indian Embassy in Moscow Ved Prakash SINGH.
