In India Tyumen Regional Chamber Signed Cooperation Agreement with the South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry

A delegation from the Tyumen Region, which included government officials, entrepreneurs from Tyumen and Kurgan, and members of the Tyumen Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry, visited the state of Gujarat (India) to develop business ties.

During the visit, meetings were held with representatives of the Gujarat State Chamber of Commerce and Industry, medical institutions, and construction companies. The delegation presented the investment potential of the Tyumen Region and discussed cooperation prospects.
The key event was a meeting with the Minister of Health and Family Welfare of the State of Gujarat, Rushikesh Patel. The needs of the Tyumen Region in the healthcare sector and innovative regional projects, including the creation of an inter-university campus, were discussed.
A dialogue on the development of exports and imports was held at the Asian-African Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and in the city of Rajkot, the delegation visited industrial enterprises producing auto components, engines, and machine tools. Indian companies expressed interest in cooperation.
At the international exhibition "Global Village 2025", the delegation of the Tyumen Region presented a regional stand. As part of the business program, negotiations with potential partners were held, and the Bio Vek company held a tasting of kvass produced in India. Following the visit, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Tyumen Region and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of South Gujarat signed a cooperation agreement aimed at developing business relations between the regions.
